I’m thankful that several entrepreneurs have stepped in to fill the void that was created when The Cookbook Store closed earlier this year. Most of these new entries tend to lean in the direction of diversification and sell kitchenwares and cooking equipment as well as cookbooks. Happily, as of just over a month ago, Roncey now has The Cookery Store to satisfy all of the retail urges of the neighbourhood’s many home cooks.

I’m grateful for the invitation to be one of the first cookbook authors who has the chance to put on a demonstration in their brand-new space. Check back on this post for more updates on the event.
